BitStarz has no standing cashback for regular players: its 10% weekly cashback is part of the invite-only Starz Club VIP program, paid automatically on losing weeks (Friday, CET) as a percentage of your net losses, with no wagering on that automatic weekly credit.

So the widely-quoted “10% cashback” is real but gated: ordinary accounts do not receive it, and the VIP terms describe an “increased cashback % based on your VIP deal” without publishing a per-tier grid. Separately, VIP players can receive a discretionary manual bonus (around 10% of losses over €500) that does carry 35x wagering. The honest read: BitStarz is a deposit-bonus-led casino, and its cashback is a VIP loss-rebate rather than a public rakeback on turnover.
